Objective
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) aims to establish a system of conscious, consistent, and catalytic efforts to enhance the academic and administrative performance of the institution.

Functions

1. Establish and apply clear standards to enhance the quality of academic and administrative practices.
2. Share relevant information and best practices related to quality in higher education with all stakeholders.
3. Organize seminars, workshops, and foster quality circles to create a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Keep thorough records of activities and programs that contribute to quality enhancement.
5. Compile and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC, reflecting institutional progress.
6. Offer orientation sessions for faculty and staff to align them with quality goals and institutional values.
7. Introduce and manage the “Springboard” Leadership Programme to empower members of Quality Circles.
8. Monitor and improve the feedback system to ensure voices across the college are heard and acted upon.
9. Support the national education system by actively participating in the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) led by the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
